LTU-Lite uses manufacturer's proprietary technology (LTU), so it works as a client in point-multipoint links where there is an LTU-Rocket as access point / base station

5 GHz radio for use as a CPE in a point multipoint LTU connection. It integrates a 13 dBi antenna to achieve a long range and high performance. LTU technology overcomes the limitations of 802.11 Wi-Fi technology and supports 1024 QAM for superior performance. Channel width flexibility (10/20/30/40/50 MHz) allows independent TX and RX channel frequency settings anywhere within the radio band to avoid local interference.

Incorporating Ubiquiti's patented LTU technology, the LTU-Lite is a 5 GHz device with an integrated antenna design for use as a PtMP CPE.
