Using airMAX AC technology, the PowerBeam supports up to 450 Mbps true TCP/IP. It has an antenna that offers 25 dBi of gain, it operates in the frequency range of 5150 ? 5875 MHz. It has an Atheros MIPS 74KC processor at 560 MHz and 64MB of RAM. It also has a 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet port.
Characteristics
Wi-Fi Radio Management. The PowerBeam AC integrates a separate Wi-Fi radio for quick and easy setup using your mobile device.
Improved mounting and surge protection. With enhanced protection against ESD events, the PowerBeam AC offers a more robust mount with a convenient lifting handle.
Integrated radio design. Ubiquiti's InnerFeed technology integrates the radio into the antenna feed, so there is no need for cables to connect the radio to the antenna. This improves performance because it eliminates cable losses.
Plug and play installation. The PowerBeam AC requires no tools for assembly; only a single wrench is required for pole mounting.
Performance gap. The Airmax range offers improved latency, noise immunity, scalability and a significant increase in performance.
Top processing. The Ubiquiti AirMax engine with integrated circuit greatly improves the latency and scalability of the TDMA network. Custom silicon provides hardware acceleration capabilities to support the high data rates and dense modulation used in airMAX air ac technology.
